Before we commence any work on a file, we send our letter of engagement, client care information and our terms of trade to you which includes our fees and charging policy for the particular matter, so you know what these are upfront. We place a high value on building long-term relationships and delivering value-based solutions.
We know life can be busy and it’s not always possible or efficient for clients to come into our offices. We offer a range of different appointment options. You can come and see us in person face-to-face, or if you prefer, we can set up a phone of virtual appointment via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
